About Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh

Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh (CGAHSU) is a state health sciences university located at Raipur in Chhattisgarh, established in 2008 by the CG Ayush and Health Sciences University Act, 2008 of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly. CGAHSU is the principal affiliating university for medical, dental, AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, Homoeopathy), nursing, pharmacy and paramedical colleges across Chhattisgarh.

CGAHSU oversees admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharm, D.Pharm and allied health programmes. MBBS / BDS admission is through NEET UG (15% AIQ + 85% State Quota with CG DME counselling); BAMS / BHMS / BUMS use NEET UG + AYUSH counselling; PG (MD/MS) uses NEET PG; MDS uses NEET MDS; B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharm and allied health use the CGAHSU CET or CG Vyapam tests.
