About Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya
Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya (CGKV) is a state university located at Anjora, Durg in Chhattisgarh, established by the CGKV Act, 2011 of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly. CGKV is the principal university for veterinary and animal sciences education, research and extension in Chhattisgarh.
CGKV offers UG (B.V.Sc & A.H., B.F.Sc Fisheries, B.Tech Dairy Technology), PG (M.V.Sc, M.F.Sc, M.Tech Dairy) and Ph.D programmes through its constituent and affiliated colleges. UG admission for B.V.Sc & A.H. is through NEET UG (followed by VCI counselling — 15% AIQ + 85% State Quota); B.F.Sc / B.Tech Dairy use ICAR AIEEA UG plus state-quota CG Vyapam. PG admission uses ICAR AIEEA PG; Ph.D admission uses the AIU AICE-Ph.D test.
