About Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) is a state university located across multiple campuses in Delhi (Kashmere Gate, Karampura, Lodhi Road, Dheerpur, Rohini), established in 2007 by the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi Act, 2007 of the Delhi Legislative Assembly. AUD honours Babasaheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution, and is positioned as a research-intensive university focusing on liberal arts, humanities and social sciences.
AUD offers UG, PG, M.Phil and Ph.D programmes through its schools of liberal studies, undergraduate studies, human studies, education studies, gender studies, business public policy & social entrepreneurship, design, vocational studies, culture & creative expressions, law governance & citizenship and global affairs. UG admission is conducted through CUET UG (NTA); PG admission uses the AUD Common Entrance Test (AUDET) for most programmes plus CUET PG and CMAT (for MBA / management programmes).
CUET UG 2026 is being conducted from 11-31 May 2026. AUD 2026-27 application closes around 20 May 2026 on the AUD Samarth portal at audcuet.samarth.edu.in. The official portal is at aud.delhi.gov.in.
