About Bhagwan Mahavir University

Bhagwan Mahavir University (BMU) is a state private university located at Vesu, Surat in south Gujarat, established in 2019 by the BMU Act, 2019 of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly. The university is part of the Bhagwan Mahavir Education Foundation and is positioned as a multi-disciplinary private university with strong programmes in engineering, management, computer applications, pharmacy, design, hotel management and applied sciences.

BMU offers UG (B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Pharm, B.Des, BHMCT, BPT), PG (M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Com, M.Sc, M.Pharm, M.Des, MHMCT, MPT) and Ph.D programmes. B.Tech via JEE Main / GUJCET / BMU Entrance; MBA via CAT / MAT / CMAT / BMU Entrance; M.Pharm via GPAT.
