About J.G.University

J.G. University (JGU) is a state private university located at Chandlodia, Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar in Gujarat, established in 2019 by the J.G. University Act, 2019 of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly. The university is part of the J.G. Group of Colleges — one of the largest college networks in Gujarat — and offers a multi-disciplinary curriculum across professional, technical and academic programmes.

JGU offers UG (B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, B.Pharm, B.Sc Nursing), PG (M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Com, M.Sc, MA, M.Pharm), Diploma and Ph.D programmes across engineering, management, sciences, humanities, commerce, pharmacy, nursing and computer applications. Admission is largely on the merit of the qualifying examination, with GUJCET + ACPC for B.Tech / B.Pharm and CMAT / CAT / MAT for MBA. The university also accepts CUET UG / CUET PG for select programmes.
