About Sardar Krushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University
Sardar Krushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University (SDAU) is a state agricultural university located at Sardar Krushinagar in Banaskantha district of north Gujarat, established in 2004 by the SDAU Act, 2004 of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly through the bifurcation of Gujarat Agricultural University. SDAU serves the agricultural research, education and extension needs of north Gujarat — Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Patan, Mehsana and adjoining districts.
SDAU offers UG (B.Sc Ag, B.Sc Horti, B.Tech Agri Engg, B.Tech Dairy Tech, B.Sc Forestry, B.V.Sc & A.H.), PG (M.Sc, M.Tech) and Ph.D programmes. UG admission is through GUJCET (state quota, 85%) + ACPC counselling and ICAR AIEEA UG (15% AIQ); PG admission is through ICAR AIEEA PG; B.V.Sc admission is through NEET UG + VCI counselling.
