About Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology

Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology (GJUST) is a state university located at Hisar in Haryana, established in 1995 by the Guru Jambheshwar University Act, 1995 of the Haryana Legislative Assembly. The university honours saint Guru Jambheshwar — founder of the Bishnoi sect and environmental visionary — and is dedicated to science, technology, management and applied sciences.

GJUST offers UG (B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc, B.Pharm), PG (M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Sc, M.Pharm) and Ph.D programmes through 10 faculties and 27 departments. B.Tech admission is through JEE Main + HSTES counselling; M.Tech admission requires GATE; MBA admission accepts CAT / CMAT; M.Pharm via GPAT; UG (other) via CUET UG.
