About National Brain Research Centre

National Brain Research Centre (NBRC) is a deemed-to-be university located at NH-8, Manesar, Gurgaon in Haryana, established in 2003 by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India and conferred deemed-to-be university status. NBRC is India's premier autonomous institute for brain research and is dedicated to integrative neuroscience research and education.

NBRC offers Integrated M.Sc-Ph.D, M.Sc Neuroscience, and Ph.D programmes in Computational Neuroscience, Cellular & Molecular Neuroscience, Systems Neuroscience and Cognitive Neuroscience. Admission is through the NBRC Entrance Examination plus interview, with weightage to academic record and research interest.
