About Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University

Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) is a state university located at Rajouri in Jammu & Kashmir, established in 2002 by the BGSBU Act, 2002 of the J&K Legislative Assembly and made operational in 2005. BGSBU is named after the Sufi saint Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah and is dedicated to higher education in the Pir Panjal region of J&K.

BGSBU offers UG (B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, B.Pharm), PG (M.Tech, MBA, M.Com, MA, M.Sc, M.Pharm) and Ph.D programmes across engineering, management, computer applications, sciences, humanities, education and pharmacy. UG admission via CUET UG / BGSBU merit; B.Tech via JEE Main + JKBOPEE; PG via BGSBU PG Entrance or CUET PG.
