About University of Jammu

University of Jammu (UoJ) is a state university located at Baba Sahib Ambedkar Road, Jammu in Jammu & Kashmir, established in 1969 by the J&K Legislative Assembly through the bifurcation of the University of Kashmir. UoJ is the principal affiliating university for colleges across the Jammu region and is NAAC A+ accredited.

UoJ offers UG, PG, M.Phil and Ph.D programmes through 13 faculties and 50+ departments. UG admission is largely through CUET UG (NTA) plus merit-based registration; PG admission via UoJ PG Entrance or CUET PG; LLB via CLAT or UoJ Law Entrance.
