About Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University

Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University (JRSU) is a state university located at Meur, Ranchi in Jharkhand, established in 2016 by the JRSU Act, 2016 of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly. JRSU is India's newest internal security and police studies university and is set up to provide professional education and research in security, policing, forensic science and disaster management.

JRSU offers UG (B.Tech Forensic Science, BA Forensic Science, BA Police Studies), PG (M.Sc Forensic Science, MA Police Studies, MBA Disaster Management) and Ph.D programmes. UG admission via CUET UG / JRSU merit; PG via JRSU PG Entrance.
