About Khaja Bandanawaz University

Khaja Bandanawaz University (KBNU) is a state private university located at Kalaburagi (Gulbarga) in Karnataka, established in 2018 by the KBNU Act, 2017 of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. The university is part of the Khaja Education Society and is positioned as a multi-disciplinary private university with strong medical, engineering and humanities programmes — a minority Muslim institution.
