About Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Science University

Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University (KVAFSU) is a state veterinary and animal sciences university located at Bidar in Karnataka, established in 2004 by the KVAFSU Act, 2004 of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. KVAFSU is the principal university for veterinary, animal sciences, dairy and fisheries education in Karnataka.

KVAFSU offers UG (B.V.Sc & A.H., B.F.Sc, B.Tech Dairy Tech), PG (M.V.Sc, M.F.Sc, M.Tech Dairy) and Ph.D programmes through its constituent veterinary, dairy and fisheries colleges.
