Rai Technology University (RTU) is a state private university located at Doddaballapur, Bangalore in Karnataka, established in 2014 by the RTU Act, 2013 of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. The university is part of the Rai Foundation and is positioned as a multi-disciplinary private university with engineering, management, sciences and humanities programmes.
