About RV University

RV University (RVU) is a state private university located at RV Vidyaniketan Post, Bengaluru in Karnataka, established in 2021 by the RV University Act, 2021 of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. RVU is part of the Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST, founded 1940) and offers a liberal arts and sciences curriculum alongside engineering, management, law and design programmes.

RVU offers UG (BA Liberal Arts, B.Tech, BBA, B.Com Hons, B.Sc Liberal Sciences, B.Des, BA Hons LLB), PG (MA, M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc, M.Des, LLM) and Ph.D programmes. B.Tech via JEE Main / KCET / RVU Entrance; UG Liberal Arts via RV Aptitude + interview; MBA via CAT / MAT / RVU Entrance.
