Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University (SDM U) is a state private university located at Dharwad in Karnataka, established in 2018 by the SDM U Act, 2017 of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. The university is part of the SDM Educational Society and is positioned as a multi-disciplinary private university with strong management, sciences and humanities programmes.
