About Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University

Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University (VSKU) is a state university located at Jnana Sagara Campus, Cantonment, Bellary in Karnataka, established in 2010 by the Karnataka Legislative Assembly through the bifurcation of Gulbarga University. VSKU is named after the celebrated Vijayanagara emperor Sri Krishnadevaraya and serves the colleges of the Bellary, Ballari, Vijayanagara and Koppal districts.

VSKU offers UG, PG, M.Phil and Ph.D programmes across arts, sciences, commerce, management and education. UG admission via CUET UG / merit; PG via VSKU PG Entrance or CUET PG.

CUET UG 2026 runs 11-31 May 2026. VSKU portal at vskub.ac.in.
