About Kerala University of Digital Sciences Innovation and Technology
Kerala University of Digital Sciences, Innovation and Technology (Digital University Kerala / DUK), established in 2020 by the Kerala University of Digital Sciences, Innovation and Technology Act 2020, is India's first digital university. Located at Technocity in Thiruvananthapuram, the university was created by upgrading the Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management — Kerala (IIITM-K, est. 2000) into a full state university focused exclusively on digital technology, data science and innovation.
DUK has five schools — School of Computer Science & Engineering, School of Digital Sciences, School of Electronic Systems & Automation, School of Informatics, and School of Digital Humanities & Liberal Arts. Offers MTech (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, AI, Data Analytics, Geo-Informatics, Microelectronics & VLSI, Communication, Imaging), MSc Data Analytics, MA Digital Humanities, MBA (Digital Innovation) and PhD. NAAC accredited.
Admissions through DUK Entrance Examination (computer-based) followed by an interview. GATE/CAT/CUET PG scores also accepted for relevant programmes. PhD admissions through DUK PhD entrance. State reservation applies to state-quota seats.
