About AKS University

AKS University, established in 2011 by an Act of the Madhya Pradesh state legislature, is a private state university located at Sherganj in Satna district. The university was founded by the Anuragh Group and is named 'AKS' (the personal initials of the founder's family). AKS U has earned NAAC A+ accreditation and is one of the top private universities in eastern MP.

AKS University has multiple schools — Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, Sciences, Computer Applications, Management, Education, Law, Agriculture, Forestry, Biotechnology, Cement Technology (one of its flagship programmes), Mining Engineering and Liberal Arts. The Centre for Cement Technology is a unique vertical focused on the Satna cement industry. NAAC A+ accredited.

Admissions through AKS Entrance Test or merit on Plus Two/UG marks. JEE Main accepted for B.Tech; NEET UG for medical UG; GATE/CAT for relevant PG; CUET UG/PG accepted. PhD through AKS PhD entrance.
