Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam University, established in 2016 by an Act of the Madhya Pradesh state legislature, is a private state university located at Sanwer Road, Indore. The university is named after Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam — the 11th President of India, aerospace scientist and Bharat Ratna recipient. The university is part of the Dr. Sandeep K. Pandey Foundation.
