About Malwanchal University

Malwanchal University, established in 2016 by an Act of the Madhya Pradesh state legislature, is a private state university located at Khandwa Road, Indore. The university is part of the Index Group (which also operates Index Medical College Indore — one of the older private medical colleges in MP). Malwanchal University has a strong focus on medical, dental and allied health sciences.

Malwanchal University has faculties of Medical Sciences (MBBS, BDS), Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Sciences, Computer Applications, Management, Education and Law. The Index Medical College & Research Centre and the Mayur Hospital on campus serve as teaching hospitals. Recognised by UGC under Section 2(f); medical programmes by NMC and DCI.
