About Flame University

FLAME University, established in 2015 by an Act of the Maharashtra state legislature (and continuing the FLAME Foundation founded in 2007), is a private state university located on Lavale Road, Lavale, Pune. The university is one of India's leading liberal arts universities — founded by Parag Shah and others with a focus on undergraduate liberal arts education modelled on American liberal arts colleges.

FLAME University has three schools — FLAME School of Liberal Education, FLAME School of Business and FLAME School of Communication. Offers BA Liberal Arts (with 25+ majors including Economics, Psychology, History, Computer Science, International Studies, Literary & Cultural Studies, Public Policy), BBA, BSc Computer Science, MBA, MA Public Policy, MA Applied Psychology, and PhD. NAAC accredited.
