About Maharashtra National Law University Aurangabad
Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Aurangabad, established in 2017 by an Act of the Maharashtra state legislature, is the 21st National Law University of India and serves the Marathwada region of Maharashtra. Located at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (formerly Aurangabad), MNLU Aurangabad is a participant in the Consortium of NLUs.
MNLU Aurangabad offers a 5-year integrated BA LLB (Hons.) and 1-year LL.M. programmes in law. Specialised research areas include Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Family Law and Agricultural Law (relevant to Marathwada's agrarian context). NAAC accredited; recognised by Bar Council of India.
BA LLB (Hons) admissions through CLAT UG. LL.M. through CLAT PG. PhD through MNLU Aurangabad PhD entrance. Maharashtra state quota of 25% within CLAT merit.
