About Vishwakarma University

Vishwakarma University (VU), established in 2017 by an Act of the Maharashtra state legislature, is a private state university located at Survey No. 3, 4, Kondhwa Budruk, Pune. The university is part of the Vishwakarma Education Society founded in 1983 — one of the older private engineering education groups in Pune. The Society earlier operated the Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT Pune), among India's leading engineering colleges.

Vishwakarma University has multiple schools — Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, Sciences, Computer Applications, Management, Education, Law, Architecture, Commerce, Mass Communication, Hotel Management and Design. NAAC A grade accredited.
