About The Global Open University

Global Open University (TGOU), Nagaland, established in 2006 by an Act of the Nagaland state legislature, is a private state university located at Doyapur Sirsa Road, Dimapur. The university was one of the early private universities in Nagaland and offers Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programmes alongside regular UG/PG. Recognised by UGC under Section 2(f).

Global Open University has multiple schools — Engineering & Technology, Sciences, Computer Applications, Management, Education, Law, Commerce, Mass Communication and Distance Education. Offers UG, PG, Diploma and PhD programmes through both regular and ODL modes.
