About Adesh University

Adesh University, established in 2012 by an Act of the Punjab state legislature, is a private state university located at Adesh Nagar, NH-7, Bathinda. The university is part of the Adesh Foundation (founded by Dr. Hardeep Singh Gill) and focuses on health sciences alongside engineering and management. The Adesh Medical College and Hospital is a 1000-bed teaching hospital, making Adesh University one of the major private medical universities of Malwa Punjab.

Adesh University has faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Engineering & Technology, Sciences, Computer Applications, Management, Education and Commerce. The Adesh Medical College, Adesh Institute of Dental Sciences and the Adesh Institute of Pharmacy are flagship verticals. Recognised by UGC under Section 2(f); medical programmes by NMC.

MBBS through NEET UG with state counselling; B.Tech through JEE Main; B.Pharm through Punjab CET; other programmes through Adesh Entrance + merit. CUET UG/PG accepted for select programmes. PhD through Adesh PhD entrance.
