About Rajasthan ILD Skills University

Rajasthan ILD Skills University (RISU), established in 2017 by an Act of the Rajasthan state legislature, is a state skills development university located at Mahindra World City, Jaipur. RISU is part of a strategic partnership between the Government of Rajasthan and ILD Group (Industrial Leadership Development) and focuses on skill-based, NSQF-aligned vocational higher education. The university operates from the Centre for Excellence in Skill Development model.

RISU has multiple schools — Automotive Skills, Manufacturing Skills, Construction Skills, Hospitality & Tourism, Healthcare Skills, Beauty & Wellness, Retail Management, Banking & Financial Services, IT-ITeS, Mass Communication and Logistics. Programmes integrate work-integrated learning, industry internships and NSQF certification.
