SR University, established in 2020 by an Act of the Telangana state legislature (continuing the legacy of SR Engineering College Warangal founded in 2002), is a private state university located at Ananthasagar, Hasanparthy, Warangal. The university is part of the SR Educational Trust.

SR University has multiple schools — Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, Sciences, Computer Applications, Management, Education and Mass Communication. NAAC A grade accredited.

Admissions through SR University Entrance Test (SR Entrance) or JEE Main. M.Tech through GATE; MBA through CAT/CMAT. PhD through SR PhD entrance.
