About Invertis University

Invertis University is a private university located on NH-24, the Bareilly-Lucknow Highway, at Invertis Village, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. It began in 1998 as Invertis Institute of Engineering and Technology and was granted university status in 2010. The university is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), accredited with NAAC B++ grade, and is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

The 70+ acre campus houses 14+ academic departments offering 80+ programmes across Engineering, Management, Computer Applications, Agriculture, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Law, Commerce, Education, Journalism & Mass Communication, Fashion Design, Applied Sciences and Hotel Management - at Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Integrated, Lateral Entry and Doctoral levels. Facilities include an AR/VR lab, robotics and automation lab, HP-Intel lab, media lab, moot court, psychology lab, fashion design lab and an e-library.

Invertis has industry partnerships with IBM, Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, NASSCOM, HP Intel, UltraTech Cement, IIT Roorkee and Garuda Aerospace. Recent placement seasons drew 650+ recruiters with a 97% placement rate, 750+ offers and a highest package of Rs 41.17 LPA. Admission for 2026-27 is through IUCET, the university's own entrance and scholarship test, or through accepted national exams including JEE Main, CUET, CAT, MAT, CMAT, CLAT, NEET UG, GATE and UGC NET.

Eligibility

• Diploma programmes: passed Class 10 from a recognised board (minimum 50%; 45% for SC/ST).
• B.Tech.: passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry, Computer Science or Biology from a recognised board.
• BCA / BBA / B.Com. / BA / B.Sc.: passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board.
• B.Pharm.: passed 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry along with Mathematics or Biology.
• B.A. LL.B. and other integrated law programmes: passed 10+2 from a recognised board.
• MBA: bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
• MCA: bachelor's degree with Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level.
• M.Tech.: B.Tech. or B.E. degree in the relevant discipline.
• M.Sc. / M.Com. / MA: bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university.
• Ph.D.: master's degree with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) in the relevant discipline, plus entrance test and interview. UGC NET, CSIR NET, GATE and GPAT qualifiers may be exempted from the entrance test as per university norms.
• Lateral entry: passed diploma in the relevant branch (B.Tech./B.Pharm. lateral entry) or Class 10 plus ITI for diploma lateral entry.
