Maharishi University of Information Technology (MUIT), established in 2013 by an Act of the UP state legislature, is a private state university located at Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Lucknow. The university is part of the Maharishi Movement (Maharishi Mahesh Yogi-inspired) and is dedicated to information technology and applied sciences.
