About KREA University

Krea University is a private state university located in Sri City, Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh. Established in 2018 by the Krea Foundation (a not-for-profit education trust founded by leaders from Indian academia, industry and finance), Krea is built around a liberal-arts-and-sciences vision modelled on top global liberal-arts colleges. The 60-acre campus features collegiate residential housing and a strong international-faculty cohort.

Krea operates two schools — the SIAS (Sri City Institute of Arts & Sciences) for undergraduate liberal-arts programmes (BA Hons, BSc Hons), and IFMR Graduate School of Business — for the Krea-IFMR MBA (PGDM Plus), MS Economics, MS Sustainability and PhD programmes. The university is known for its interdisciplinary "Inquiry-Action-Reflection" pedagogy and small student cohorts.

Eligibility

BA (Hons) / BSc (Hons): Class 10+2 with at least 60% (any board: CBSE/ISC/IB/Cambridge etc.) and successful completion of the Krea Immersive Case Analysis. PGDM Plus (IFMR): a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% and a valid CAT/XAT/GMAT score plus Krea WAT and PI. MS Economics / Sustainability: Bachelor's with at least 60% and IFMR-administered admission process. PhD: Master's with 55%+ and qualifying Krea research entrance plus interview.
