Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education (NICHE), established in 2008 by an Act and declared a Deemed-to-be University in 2008 under the UGC Act, is a private deemed university located at Kumaracoil, Thuckalay, Kanyakumari district. The institute is part of the Noorul Islam Educational Trust.
